Before cancelling

Try troubleshooting first. Many trial issues are fixable. Check our troubleshooting guides at fixstreambuffering.com. Contact support before giving up.

How to cancel

Contact VieworaTV support via Telegram to cancel. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. No long-term contracts.

Try a different device

If your trial failed on one device, try a different device before cancelling. Firestick and Android TV have the best compatibility. Smart TV browsers can be unreliable.

Try a different app

If one player app had issues, try another. IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, and the web player all handle streaming differently. A different app may resolve your issue.

When to walk away

If you have tried multiple devices, multiple apps, troubleshooting guides, and contacted support, and streaming still does not work for you, it may not be compatible with your setup. That is okay — trials exist for this reason.
