Is the VieworaTV trial free?

Yes, the trial is free. However, trials are limited to 10 per day and are not guaranteed. Submit your request early in the day for the best chance.

How long does the trial last?

The trial lasts 24 hours from the time you receive credentials. Make sure to prepare before the trial starts so you can test immediately.

Can I get another trial after it expires?

Trials are limited to one per person. If your trial expired and you did not test, contact support. They may grant an extension in some cases.

What should I test during the trial?

Test login, channel loading, video quality, VOD playback, performance during peak hours, and casting to TV. See our trial checklist for a complete list.

Do I need to install an app for the trial?

No. You can use the web player in any browser without installing anything. If you prefer an app, install IPTV Smarters or TiviMate before the trial starts.

What happens after the trial?

If the trial works, choose a monthly plan on VieworaTV. If it did not work, check our troubleshooting guides or contact support before giving up.

Can I test on multiple devices during the trial?

Yes, but check your connection limit. The trial typically allows 1 connection at a time. Test on different devices sequentially, not simultaneously.

Is the trial quality the same as subscription quality?

Yes. The trial gives you the same channels, quality, and features as a subscription. If HD works during the trial, it will work after subscribing.
