Open Safari. Navigate to the web player URL. Enter trial credentials (username and password). Test channels, VOD, and quality. Tap AirPlay to test on Apple TV.
Android phone trial setup
Open Chrome. Navigate to the web player URL. Enter trial credentials. Test channels, VOD, and quality. Tap Cast to test on Chromecast-enabled TV.
Phone trial checklist
Test login, channel loading, VOD playback, video quality on mobile screen, casting to TV, and performance on WiFi vs cellular. If WiFi works but cellular does not, you may need a VPN for cellular streaming.
Phone streaming tips
Use WiFi for the best experience. Rotate to landscape for full screen. Use headphones for audio. Keep your phone plugged in — streaming uses significant battery.
When to choose phone vs other devices
Phone is good for testing but not ideal for long-term viewing. If the trial works on your phone, also test on a Firestick, Smart TV, or computer for your main viewing setup.
