Prepare Before Your Trial Starts
Step 1: Test your internet speed
Run a speed test at the location where you will stream. You need 10+ Mbps for HD and 25+ Mbps for 4K. If your speed is too low, address that first.
Step 2: Install your player app
If using an app (IPTV Smarters, TiviMate), install it before the trial. Have it ready so you can log in immediately when you receive credentials.
Step 3: Bookmark the web player
If using the web player, bookmark the URL in your browser. Have your browser ready so you can start streaming in seconds.
Step 4: Prepare your device
Update your device firmware. Clear app cache. Close background apps. Use Ethernet if possible. Make sure your device is not overheating.
Step 5: Join Telegram support
Join the VieworaTV Telegram support group before the trial. If you have issues during the trial, you can get help quickly without searching for the link.
Step 6: Clear your schedule
Plan to test during the 24-hour window. Try to test during peak hours (7-10 PM) when streaming traffic is highest. This gives you the most realistic test.
