Testing on Multiple Devices
Why test on multiple devices
You may stream on different devices at different times. Testing during the trial ensures all your devices work before you pay.
Test priority order
Test your primary viewing device first (usually TV), then secondary devices (phone, tablet, computer). If your primary device works, that is the most important result.
Connection limits during trial
Trials typically allow 1 connection at a time. Test devices sequentially, not simultaneously. Log out from one device before testing on another.
Firestick + Smart TV
If you have both, test on the Firestick first (usually better app support), then try the Smart TV browser. If the Firestick works, you may not need the Smart TV browser at all.
Phone + computer
Test the web player on your phone and computer. Both use a browser, so if one works, the other likely will too. Test casting from phone to TV if you use that feature.
Record which devices work
Note which devices worked well and which had issues. If your main TV device works, that may be enough to justify subscribing even if a secondary device has issues.
