What to Test During Your Trial

Make the most of your 24-hour trial. Here is everything you should test before deciding to subscribe.

What to Test During Your Trial

Test 1: Login and authentication

Enter your credentials in your app or web player. Confirm login works on your primary device. Test login on a second device if you plan to stream on multiple devices.

Test 2: Channel loading speed

Browse the channel list. Time how long it takes to load. Switch between channels quickly — channel switching should be smooth, under 3 seconds per channel.

Test 3: Live TV quality

Watch 5-10 different live channels for 2-3 minutes each. Check for buffering, pixelation, audio sync, and overall quality. Note which channels have issues.

Test 4: VOD and series playback

Try watching a movie or series episode from the VOD section. Check if VOD works, how fast it loads, and if you can pause, rewind, and fast-forward.

Test 5: Peak hours performance

Test during peak hours (7-10 PM) when streaming traffic is highest. If it buffers during peak hours, you may need a VPN or faster internet.

Test 6: Different devices

If you have multiple devices (Firestick, phone, laptop), test on each. Some devices may perform better than others.

Test 7: With and without VPN

If you have a VPN, test with and without it. If buffering improves with a VPN, your ISP is throttling. Note which configuration works best.

Test 8: EPG (program guide)

Check if the electronic program guide loads. It should show what is currently playing on each channel. A missing EPG does not affect video playback.

Test 9: Customer support response

Send a test message to Telegram support. See how quickly they respond and how helpful they are. This tells you what support will be like as a paying customer.

Test 10: Overall experience

After 24 hours, ask yourself: Was the quality good enough? Did it buffer too much? Was it easy to use? Would I pay for this? If yes, continue to a monthly plan.
